    Unfortunately I can't help you, I am just a user like you and not a member of the Voxalot company. I have moderator duties simply because I was subscribed to this service quite early on and was active on the forums at that time.

    usernames Martin and craig are both actually members of the Voxalot company. Please pass your messages on to them in pm. Beyond that, keep trying in the user community.

    Hi Ctylor

    I was wondering if you can help me with a support issue for a new Voxalot Account.

    I searched the forums and also posted a request for help late on Monday night, but I have had no response those within Voxalot who can take a look at the account.

    The issue is described here:

    I tried a third client to register this account (Acrobitz Softphone for iPHone) and it indicated that the user was 'unauthorized' on but works fine on

    The user/account is 905743

    Is there another way I am support to request support? I can't see any other method but via a forum posting.

    I have setup a total of 5 account (one for me and 4 family members) and 3 have already been updated to premium accounts. I hope I can get help with this as this new account is definitely a candidate for an upgrade.
