Cannot create new Vox basic account

Hello,

Before my holiday i've tried several days to create a new Vox Basic account.
Everytime I recieved the error that teh account creation server is not available and I should try again after 24 hours.
Now, almost 3 weeks later, I experience the same problems.

Is there an explanation?, when is the registration service available again?

Re-attempt creating an acct. once more. If you fail to get through it again...I suspect it is because somehow you're using an IP/IP range that may have been banned previously.

In which case reply to this and we'll see where we can go from there.

I've just tried again to create an account but stil recieve the same ERROR message:
"Sorry, but the member registration service is currently unavailable. Please wait 24 hours before trying again. "

Hope you can solve it for me/us.
