"Premium accounts"

I think I read here somethoing about premium accounts. When will those be available and what will be the difference between premium and basic accounts?

Premium accounts will be available once we are satisfied with the testing of 2 callback offerings.

These callback offerings will then only be made available to premium members for a very small annual fee.

The remainder of the current service will remain free to all members.

2 callback offerings??? i knew the one called "WEBCALLBACK but you control the cost..." Do you mean that soon we'll get SMSCALLBACK too?? or in the premium accounts???
