Registration to SIP account failed
Hi,
I have a voxalot premium account 252815. On the voxalot account I have 2 SIP providers configured. For one of them I require Voxalot to register so that I can recieve calls on the associated DID. I first configured the account (Belgacom I-Talk) 2 weeks ago and all went fine. Today I had to change some parameters on my router and my SIP password. I reconfigured the SIP provider account details in Voxalot, but registration fails and I get a message "auth. sent" in my Voice Service Provider List dashboard. My credentials are 100% - I checked that 100 times. I believe there is another issue intervening here. Any help will be appreciated. One problem I already see is that I cannot find a way to see the registration log to see what type of error I get... |

Strange.... I can now receive incoming calls on the DID, which has to mean the SIP account is registered, ,however Voxalot still shows it as "auth. sent". I guess it's a bug?
