voxalot did not end the call -> no money left
Hi,
I have "portunity" registered with voxalot. I have made a call, ended the conversation, ... and .. surprise! Actually, the call didn't stop. After abt. 6 hours, my portunity account was empty. no money left. If I ask portunity, they tell the problem comes from voxalot. maybe they'll block one day all calls via voxalot like sipgate did. Martin, if I PM to you my account details, would you please have a look. I am a bit afraid to recharge my account again. I am talking here about money. If I have 30 euros, the call ends when the 30 euros are gone. Anybody with the same experience? thanx. |

voxalot passes on the BYE (hangup) message it receives from your ATA to the destination, nothing more.
From our observations, even if a users ATA/device does not send the BYE (power outage, unplugged etc) the provider side usually does hence creating a fallback. Please PM me your voxalot account details, time of call, number called and I will send you back our call record. .
