email registration

I am with an ISP that charges for their email (GBP2 per month when I already pay GBP24 per month for the connection) so you can imagine I'm not keen to pay for it out of principle. Why can't I use gmail or hotmail to register with you?

Actually I've answered this myself after trial and error.

I can use my mobile email address to register.
