Default Truphone + Sipgate + Voxalot on my N95???

Hi i could do with a bit of help, i am very new to this side of the voip world.

I have Truphone installed on my N95 works well but i do not want to use the number they have given me.

I have just got my self a london number 0203 from Sipgate, now i am stuck......

I read somewhere that i need to "Just install Sipgate on Voxalot and make a call forward to your Truphone SIP address which has the form 447624XXXXXX@truphone.com" i have registered with Voxalot for the basic package but i think i need to upgrade so i can have call forwarding working..... is there an idiots guide out there or can someone please give me the pointers i need....

all i want is a uk landline pointing to my truphone number

Default The Sipgate-Voxalot-Truphone trick doesn't work anymore

You are refering to my article:
Markus Göbel's Tech News Comments: More tricks for free phone calls

But the Sipgate-Voxalot-Truphone trick doesn't work anymore since Sipgate refuses to work with Voxalot:
Markus Göbel's Tech News Comments: Sipgate is blocking Voxalot but not Fring. That's not fair!

You better install Truphone AND Sipgate as VoIP providers in your N95. Fortunately the SIP client can work with many providers at the same time.

See this guide here:
Nokia Configuration Settings - Voxalot FAQ

It is for Voxalot and Truphone, but I can't see why Sipgate couldn't be added.

I use a UK number from uknumber.co.uk - Giving you a free UK phone number - wherever you are in the world!

Sipgate doesn't work well with Voxalot, so I gave up bothering with them long ago.

I just entered my sipgate details into my N95 and it come up registered okay on the phone, but online at sipgate.co.uk it still shows offline. Perhaps you cannot use sipgate on an N95. If you have success, please report back here and let us know the settings that you used.

I added their stun server (using stun.sipgate.net:10000) as well as everything that I thought was right for the sip settings.

Some of the UK numbers from uknumber aren't as cheap to call as ordinary landlines. 0560 would be ok, but many people won't be familiar with them and may be suspicious it's premium rate.

There's a free offer of an ordinary area code landline number from a reasonably well-known provider. They charge on ordinary sign-ups, and this one doesn't seem to be widely publicised, so I wonder if they thought it had expired. And you can log in and alter forwarding yourself. Send me a PM for link if interested

I found Nokia settings here:
https://secure.sipgate.co.uk/user/co..._conf=nokiae60

It was just about the same as I had used [but it didn't mention the stun server]. I also set registration to "always on".

A test call using sipgate number 10000 worked.

Still, in the Sipgate account on the web, it still showed the device as offline.

Sipgate is now showing as online with the N95 device details at their website.... but I can't seem to get incoming calls for some reason.

My 056 number from uknumber.co.uk is not a free call through Truphone any more.... don't know when that changed. The last test I did on the 25th of September was a free call.
