Default Web callback

I want to use web callback between my regular sip device (spa3102) which is registered to voxalot using my ID 516337 and another PSTN number. Hence, I do this:

Your Phone Number: 516337

Enter number to call: 19172877992 (my cellphone just as a test)

As soon I click submit, it says 516337 answered but my sip phone doesn't ring. It then calls my cellphone which succesfully rings. How do i fix this?

Thx

Try:

Your Phone Number: *010516337

If it is answered it is probably going to voicemail. Have you confirmed that you can indeed receive inbound calls on you Voxalot account?

Try calling SIPBroker - PSTN Numbers and at the prompt dial *010516337
.

I didn't read the first part of your message 'Your number" but that works fine. I preceded my number with *010 but does the call actually go through sipgate? Also, a little instruction line on the web callback screen with help other users who cannot get through

Since I'm calling my own phone and use another provider for the destination call, it's only one leg. Right? I'm guessing the quality of this conversation would be better than using two different pstn numbers and two different VOIP providers to reach these numbers using web callback. Right?

Thx martin
