Missing / not "receiving" incoming calls

Hi,
I have been using X-Lite with Voxalot for last six months. Sincelast week I find incoming calls don’t get picked up by the softphone. The details of the phone and Error Diagnostics output are as below.

I tried calling my voxalot number from various sources such as Sip Broker Gateway, Flashlphone a/c, GTalk A/c but get "Missed call / Unexpected failure" display which pops up and call doesnt connect in all these tries.

Due to this I am unable to receive any of he tVOIP/pstn call in my Voxalot number configured on X-lite.

I have tried with Firewall On and Off and both situations it doesn’t work.

Is there some setting that needs to be done with new version?
Interestingly all outgoing calls are going fine.

If you send me your Voxalot number I will attempt a call and let you know details of any SIP responses sent by your software.
