registration
Hello Martin,
I cannot unregister my provider registration and i have waited more dan 3 hours. What do i have to do? All my active status did i save as no. So my status should be unregistered. Mattie Peeters |

Did you set SIP Register* to "NO" ?
The Active* status does not change the Registration status as far as I know. Also, do you have the provider registered on more than one Voxalot account by any chance? If you do, it will still show as registered on the account where you switch registration to No. |

You could try deleting the provider account and then adding it back on again....

Also make sure you do not have any dial plans active that are using the provider you want to unregister. From memory, I think Voxalot gives you an alert if you try to unregister a provider you have a dial plan set for.
