Default Voxalot and Rapidvox compatibility

I urgentyly need to use rapidvox with voxalot, as they are the only provider I have found with a decent price for reliable Mexico Mobile call termination. Unfortunately most calls do not connect.

I asked rapidvox to look into it and they have replied as follows:

"We have been experimenting with various configurations on Voxalot. Despite our attempts, we are not seeing any SIP signaling from them. Even with our firewall fully open, there was no INVITE attempts from them at all. If you look at your SIP debugs from Voxalot, what information (if any) do you see in a "Warning" SIP header?"


Can somebody look into this from the voxalot side?

I would be happy to provide the full forwarded message from rapidvox
