dvg-g5402sp & voxalot & other question

1) Ok, I have registered on DVG-G5402SP my account. But I have new problem. (((

When I call to the 218014@voxalot.com account, reported to me that the account is unavailable. But if I call to the contact 2009991@sipnet.ru from DVG-G5402SP through the Speed Dial ** 200 - my account works! SHOCK.!!! ))))))))

2) In the Voice Service Providers, I added my xxxxxxx@sip.nonoh.net SIP-account. After that in the Speed Dial, I added a new contact

Dial 100
Name my mobile
Reroute call to SIP URI 
SIP URI yyyyyyyy@sip.nonoh.net

Next step, I sign in to my voxalot account via X-lite program, and calling **100, but received an error "Call failed: Internal server error".

Once again, I added a new contact in the Speed Dial, but with a different service.

Dial 200
Name my friend
Reroute call to SIP URI 
SIP URI zzzzzzzzz@sipnet.ru

Calling Number **200 - excellent, works!

How to solve the problem of contacts relating to service nonoh???

3) When I added my xxxxxxx@sip.nonoh.net SIP-account in the Voice Service Providers, after that I sign in to my voxalot account via X-lite program and I tried to call the xxxxxxx@sip.nonoh.net account from another SIP-client - no Answer, there is nothing. As if my xxxxxxx@sip.nonoh.net account is not registered through your service.

Do you have the generic admin username & password for DVG-G5402SP coz it is locked by my provider & I can't access some Voip settings for my Voip port 2.
