Default Inbound Calls redirect error

When I forward my calls do not complete the connection, I have done all the tests and the fault lies here in Voxalot.

I need urgent service working

I am loosing business.
This has been occurring every now and then, but now its impossible.
It does not work at all.
I will cancel all my paid accounts at voxalot if this is not sorted out immediatelely.

The phone rings, but then no sound is heard, many times it rings and then the call just ends.
Its not the carrier that I use because I tested it and works ok.

Also, I'm losing business and it is a neglect of Voxalot not give importance to the errors that occur.

At least for the account users should have paid special attention to and support via email.

If you do not solve the problem I want my money back, because I just renew the account

This is a lack of respect, so far not made a contact about the problem! pictured here is my indignation for all users of the forum.
