Default provider shows registered even it is not active

Hi,

I am using EU server and for testing i have created a new id with US server and registered a provider in US server. After testing i have inactivated and set Register Provider to NO. Now after a week I am still having this provider in US server as registered. Martin pls. unregister this provider from my ID.

My US server ID: 592044.

Martin i will PM you details from my accounts.

Hi majo, is the provider registered on the EU server account by any chance?
If it is, it will show as registered in the US server account also.

It seems that Voxalot reports the state of the provider's registration, not that it is necessarily registered in the account you are currently logged into.

I ran into this a while back when I switched a provider to another account while I was travelling.

If the above is not the case, please ignore my post.

Default yes provider is same in both accounts!!!

Hi kurun,
Yes provider is same & display name is also same. I don't know if provider is realy registered at both location or just US Server is showing wrong status. If provider is really registered under two accounts then it is real issue to be fixed.

Kurun is correct in his analysis. This is definitely a defect and I have raised a bug in our defect tracking system. Unfortunately, I can't think of a helpful workaround until we fix the problem, sorry! Thanks for the heads-up.
