Even wierder -- my callcentric outgoing is working fine now. Internetcalls, les.net are not -- just dead silence.
Still unable to reach voicemail or echo test. |

webcallback compelted after 48 hours!!!!
Hi,
As I mentioned at start of this thread that web call back is not working. In Web page I got message Sorry! at this moment we are not able to complete your call. But actully call was queued some where and after almost 48 hours these call got trigered at 05-03-2009 00:29:28. This was very late in Germany. My office was closed and my call went to our hotline & my boss recieved my call. The other leg of call was for pakistan & it was 04:29:28 early in the morning there(four calls queued). It is very annoying that if webcallback is queued & it get triggered at very odd time in night. I think Voxalot should implemnt some protectection against delayed webcallback. Also only one call per user should be queued. New call should clear previous entry in queue. If any service is restarted then it should clear call queue, there can be calls stucked in queue & may get triggered after retstart. If webcallentry is executed with delay more that 1-2 minute, it should be ignored because user would have not so long to get call completed. Regards. majo |
