Unable to delete a provider
Today I wanted to delete some of the unused providers however the system returned unable o delete due to reference to a callback entry xxxxxxxxxxx"
I can't see where this call back entry could be? It seems that this reference relates to some early testing that were never completed, that is the call was not made but the entry has remained, how can I clear them? my user is 968032 and 968031 Last edited by Tranworld; 01-25-2009 at 09:06 AM. |

Hi Tranworld,
Callback entries are located on the Web Callback page. You need to delete any entries on this page that reference the provider you are trying to delete.

That does it, thanks
Because they were named "phonebook" it didn't occured to me that they were callback entries.
Deleting those allowed for the deletion of the old providers, thanks for the pointer |
