Whether you have VoXBasic or any of the VoXPremium services, the registration with the Nokia is the same.... The issue here is whether you had the Nokia working at any point before this with VoXalot..... (my understanding is that depending on the version of the Nokia Software you have, there may be some hoops to jump) I am not familiar with the process, however the following are resources that may help....: http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-sup...html#post14699 or http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-gen...html#post13436 http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-sup...html#post13611 (location of the App mentioned in the guide above) For an overview may want to see this: Nokia Configuration Settings - Voxalot FAQ |

Usually being able to specify STUN settings in the Nokia setup (as per the links I gave above) solves the incoming call problem....
If outgoing calls are also failing, remember that you do need to have Dial Plans setup in VoXalot.... Unfortunately configuring the Nokia is not as Plug and Play as one would like (meaning that you're going to have to do some work to get this setup) Sorry that I can't be of more help...
