Can't make outgoing calls using eu.voxalot or au.voxalot.com

I having been using voxalot with a number of dial plans pointing to justvoip without problem for about two months. I have a speedtouch 780WL modem.
Sometime on Tuesday the 23rd of September outgoing calls stopped working and always resulted in an engaged tone. The *600 echo test worked fine.
The configuration was unchanged in this time.

Today (Thursday 25) I reconfigured my telephony service to use the proxy at us.voxalot.com and this works fine.

I also tried au.voxalot.com and this would not work either.
A quick look at the posts on this forum and it would seem that the eu.voxalot.comserver is unreliable.

Any idea why I can't use eu.voxalot.com or au.voxalot.com

Speedtouch 780WL Service Configuration (This works)

Registrar: us.voxalot.com
Registrar Port: 5060
Proxy: us.voxalot.com
Proxy Port: 5060
Expire Time: 600

My dial plans are all working fine.

Any ideas?

Has anything changed with respect to this?

In the last little while, there was some downtime with the EU server (http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-sup...er-outage.html ) and apparent trouble between BetaMax and the eu and au servers which now appears to have been solved...
