I have no problem contacting Voicestick but I really don't think voicestick is intentionally blocking voxalot registrations. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I think this has to do with the way they require registrations to happen?

That's also what I think.

Martin, would it be possible to see with them the type of registration they require, in order to let us use this provider with our Voxalot account ?

Hi folks,

I am having the same problem while trying to receive calls from VoiceStick. The solution I found on my hardware (AVM FRITZ!Box 7170) was to adjust the SIP Registration timing from 1800 seconds to exactly 3600 seconds. This is a requirement for registering and therefore being able to receive incoming calls via VoiceStick. I additionally increased the registeration failwait value from 30 minutes to 60 minutes, but this isn't necessary. Works perfect now.

Unfortunately VoXaLot does not allow to adjust this registration timing value at all. Usually this isn't necessary. But as for VoiceSTick it is.

Sorry nothing new. We registered for an account and a couple of the guys here gave it a shot at getting it to work.

Seems like alot of factors come into play with this provider i'm afraid.

I send a email for help to voicestick and they reply me with instructions and settings by linksys pap2, d-link DVG-1402s, cisco ata186, eyebeam soft phone, and sipura spa 2000, but for voxalot nothing, they said that i try this settings in voxalot, is no problem use voicestick with voxalot

Configure your Voicestick DID to be forwarded to another DID that you have with another provider, that is working with Voxalot.
The configuration for that is under Global Forwarding on Voicestick.

If you don't have another DID, then you are out of luck, or you need to get one.
It's a work around patch, but it does work, until the problem is finally fixed.
Of course there will be some performance and reliability issues, but at least it works.

Does Global Forwarding on Voicestick allow you to forward to a SIP URI.

If it does, then your should be able to forward to:

sip:xxxxxx@eu.voxalot.com (for the EU server)
