I can't delete a message

One is spam (I received it in my email too) and an other that is empty. I deleted the messages (option 7) but when I retest my voicemail the messages are there. In sort, messages are not deleted... I used PAP2 and a softphone without success. Please note I can move around the mail box options. Just I can't delete messages. Thank you snvv
