Account registration email received, confirmation link fails

I received account registration email, however when I used the enclosed link to confirm the registration, I get:

ERROR: 1. Unable to confirm registration for xxxxxxx with token yyyyzzzz.

I have tried to confirm multiple times.

Can admin please contact me and I'll PM details.

However, when I try to login using username & password, it works.

So hopefully I won't have any more problems.

hi all,
here i am to register with voxalot and i could'nt use my yahoo, gamil, and hotmail as my verification email address, at last i open an fanbox email id it was accepted, and still i didn't received any activation link / email from voxalot after "said" (a verification mail was sent to your email inbox).

in this regard any help / any other solutions

Did you check your spam folder ?
