Keep "Symmetric NAT Handling" field to "no" on the Member Details Page, reboot(reset) your ATA one time,then test.

1.Does Registration State show "Registered" in your ATA?
2.Which audio codec type is Preferred Codec in your ATA?

2.Which audio codec type is Preferred Codec in your ATA? I tryed with G 711 and G 729 .

I suspect this issue is relative with your Router.
I have ever encountered similar issue,my solution is upgrading my Router firmware version.

I did the upgrate of my Sipura firmware. There is not a problem with other provider, just with Voxalot. Do you have a configuration of the Sipura step by step ?
