Calls Getting cut off after 21 seconds

Hi,

I am using Voipcheap with a Linksys SPA-941, Everything was working fine .But now I my out going calls are getting cut off after 21 seconds, and I am lead to believe this is the fault of Voxalot.I believe this because, if I make a call though the PC interface with Voipcheap I can make calls for as long as I want,if I make a phone to phone call via the interface again I dont have this problem.

Has anyone had experience with this and can help me out?

i also faced the same problem. i then forwarded ports into my router d-link and now it works fine. ports are 5060 and 10000 to 20000. you can find more abt how to forward port on PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall good luck!

Are you able to make a call to the echotest for longer than 21 secs? Is every call being cut off at 21 secs?

I haven't seen anyone solve this problem yet. The only way to overcome it is to do port forwarding.
