How to stop Voxalot from acting as Man-in-the-middle?

I am using Voxalot to register my Tpad Account which is only used for incoming calls.

Problem is all calls are coming in via voxalot inspite of symmetric handling set to "No"

I can confirm this because i am using ethereal to log the packets coming to my ATA..the source IP address is 64.34.163.35 which belongs to Voxalot..even if i setup SIP URI forwarding calls still come through voxalot proxy..

Any ideas..

Are the packets you're seeing from VoXaLot SIP or RTP? I believe SIP packets will always be from VoXaLot, but the RTP (audio) packets should be end-to-end if VoXaLot is not proxying.

@ Ron its RTP packets that iam talking about.

@ MArtin the thread u have referred to appears to be inconclusive to me..wats the solution..do u have the engine running? can i get access to it?

Same problem here. No solution yet? Voxalots RTP-proxy introduces too much delay and causes echo.

We launch the new portal on the 16th of July with a couple of new NAT / RTP proxy options.

Best bet is to try again after this release.
