Either way, I'm less than impressed - and I've had to rereg my VSP, move to the US server, re-reg my VSP and wait. Calls are now delayed by about an extra 2 seconds before connection/ringthrough. I originally thought this was down to my VSP until I realised no call records were even showing up @ Voxalot. |

The status of the EU server issues is as follows:
First: http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-sup...html#post21603 Second: http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-sup...html#post21652 To make up for the possibility of downtime until things are ironed out this was implemented: http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-sup...lemention.html One side effect of the above is that in some cases members registered to the EU server, who have selected EU as their preferred cluster, and who fail over during downtime while the cluster selection remains the same, seem to be experiencing issues with outgoing calls... |

Is it save to use the eu-server again? Why do I not hear anything about this from Voxalot's side? I want some official statement on what to do now and being able to use my account again.
At the moment status of my VSP Registration says 'Failed", but I don't dare to try and make a connection again, because of the possibility it will hang in status "Request Sent" again. As this forum is the only way to get support for our services, why does it take so long to get status messages and answers? |

So I'll give statusses myself, as Voxalot doesn't. I can NOT get outbound calls with all servers! Tried eu, us and au, it is just not working!
Also, inbound will not work, because it just won't register! HELLO SUPPORT!!!!!!???? |
