Difficulty after changing from PAP2 to SPA2102
I had a PAP2 working well with Voxalot and I was able to call out via Webcalldirect. Two days ago I replaced the PAP2 with a SPA2102, being careful to make all the settings the same as were in the PAP2. Now I cannot call out via Webcalldirect or any other services in my Voxalot dial plan, a female voce tells me that the call cannot be completed. This happens no matter which service provider is matched in the dial plan, this message is apparently coming from Voxalot.
I can still call the echo test number (*600) and I can make and receive calls from other Voxalot numbers. What could the problem be? |
