Default Calling to other provider

Great thing technology such as VOIP,

and dealing with voxalot is very good,

all services from voxalot is very good but I want to ask you about when I want to dial onother provider such as in the Middle East.

what is the extension that is should dialed to reach to other provider and tell me if this action free or not, and if it is not free tell how much the cost for that.

I mean with the other provider that a telephone line or mobile line that not have VOIP.

Best Regards,

Best Regards,
in most cases(the exception being ENUM numbers and other VOIP users) you will need to use a third party VSP to terminate calls to regular phones. what voxalot lets you do is set up several accounts with different providers and be able to choose the best(or cheapest) one for a particular call. there are over 2000 different companies that offer call termination all with there own rates. a google search will find you many to choose from.

Regards,

So to summarize:

Is it possible: Yes

Is it officially supported by VoXalot: No

Will VoXalot charge you anything: No

As satphoneguy said, you will need an actual VoIP provider that can call PSTN lines... What VoXalot can do for you, is that it can let you combine many different such third party providers (for example, CallWithUs, CallCentric, InternetCalls) in one place, so you can create something of a custom VoIP provider by combining multiple services...

There is work around to use only Voxlaot ID and transfer call to PSTN. Simplest way to achieve by using Sipura 3k or 3102, need account under PSTN tab and some configuration to transfer call VOIP(Voxlaot ID) to PSTN
