I got 2 premium accounts and that I cant connect

Hi

I just subscribed to 2 accounts with Voxalot. for me and my wife.

Problem is:

when I call another friend on the service I get the dial tone and everything is alright.

When I call my wife or she calls me we don’t get connected.

instead our calls go directly to the voice mail.

if the call get connected. But usually we get a timeout messege.

PS: me Nokia E90 , her Nokia E71

Addition:

I called voice mail and echo

I cant hear anything.

changed the port to 2060 and it worked
