Default Web callback to own number

I do not seem to be able to initiate a web/mobile callback to (or from) my own Voxalot number. PSTN and other VOIP numbers via SIPBroker work OK. I can gain access through my DID via one of my providers which is then forwarded through Voxalot as a work around but that should be unnecessary.

Depending on the form of my number request (*010/*031 via SB or via Voxalot) I usually get Ms Voxalot trying to connect my call - then silence. Or sometimes she doesn't even want to speak to me.


Is this a feature, a bug/glitch or is it just me? Now that my mobile contract is coming to an end I would like to have this very useful feature of Voxalot available for mobile calls to my home.

I am able to successfully initiate a webcallback to myself. I simply dial *010xxxxxx where xxxxxx is my voxalot number and I send it via voxalot and it works just fine.

Also ensure that you don't have some kind of forwarding turned on.

Hmmm. Thanks, probably some problem at my end then. Certainly not forwarding inside Voxalot. Even requesting the callback via another provider through SIPBroker and returning it to my Voxalot address doesn't work. Looks like it's the work around!
