can` signup for voxalot soft phone

Hi am new, and I can`t signup for the voxalot softphone,
it tells me that the email already exists, but i do not remember the number I used to signup for it.
Also I never used it caus e I couldn`t find the softphone to download and use, help please.
it is too much difficult and i don`t no what to do with voxalot.

why I still can`t register to voxalot to my only email adress again only because I do not remember my voxalot number and password anymore?
this is not fair.
I pmed and still cannot sign up to voxalot, so maybe I have to look for something else.

You can't register this email address because you already have an account registered using it.

am sorry, I was earlier there and couldn`t found the pm reply, but now I found it, thank you and I apologize.
I didn`t know that you know my account nr, but am glad I got it back and wrote it down now. I try to login now.
