EU server down? - Page 2

My ATA is registered to us.voxalot.com. I tried to switch my Preferred Server as well and switched all SIP registrations to "No".

16 hours later they are still showing as Registered and I am unable to switch to the US cluster.

No incoming calls except for those VSPs that let me SIP forward.

Leaseweb have resolved the issue. It turns out that our server was incorrectly blocked by their service.

I have just checked the service and everything appears to be fully operational again.

We apologise for the interruption to the service that this has caused.
