Urgent : Can I communicate across voxalot to ordinary telephone line or mobile anywhere in the world

I thank the management of the site have you sign you in the service and I shipped balances.
Now balances PREMIUM Can I make calls to regular telephone line or cellular telephone

What method of communication to work a normal phone or a cellular telephone

Help me

Voxalot is not a VoIP provider so you cannot call a phone using it. However, if you register with a provider and then add that provider to Voxalot, you can call any phone. The call charges will be made by the provider. Voxalot simply allows you to make dial plans, use webcallback, get voicemail in one place, etc. It is compatible with any SIP based provider (see list on the website). Skype is not compatible.
