Oh, yeah. Forgot to mention. This makes your service unusable. I suppose I will have to get a refund.
Is there some reason your international links are so bad when the big VSP's links are OK? Is it because the budget carriers (eg My ISP, Chunghwa) send their inter-continental traffic by seahorse along ancient submerged roadways, and the rest of us use photons travelling down modern fiber optical cable? If my Chunghwa ADSL1 /Hinet/Velocity/Au.voxalot.com route ping response improves and they fix the leaking undersea cable or get some faster reliable seahorses, I will be back.
