Hi Martin

When trying mobile Voxalot

I get http error 404: not found

I am 100% sure I tiped the right URL

The page you are trying to load could not be found. Please trying loading a different page.

Any different page works.

What could I be doing wrong ? I have previously used (a long time ago) the mobile feature on the same phone

Ahhh.... based on your post time and the fact that you are using a Blackberry, I think I have tracked down what the problem is. I will spend some time today investigating how it became broken...

I tried again and I pressed the more details from the phone browser and it says

Apache Tomcat 5.0

I can see it on other devices and on the webpage only the blackberry with problems.

I am going on vacation soon so i hope you can try to solve it as I live on this feature when on vacation.

Is there an direct IP address for mobile.voxalot.com?

Thanks for the extra information. It is definitely not something that you are doing wrong on your end. It is an internal configuration problem that we have.

Tell me though, when you get the 404, do you see "/action/memberDetails_mobile" as the URL? If so, as a temporary workaround, remove the trailing "_mobile" and it should work OK.

Let me know if that works and I will work on fixing it properly in the meantime.

If I type mobile.voxalot.com" I only get the error 404 and then quits but

When I type "mobile.voxalot.com/action/memberDetails

I see

Mobile Callback
Logout

If I click on mobile callback

I get HTTP error 500 Internal Server Error

The backberry reports

The server encountered an internal error () that prevents it from fullfilling this request

exception. a huge text follows from this.

Nowhere I can see that by using mobile.voxalot.com/action/memberDetails it asks me to authenticate my details as user just gives me

like if I was logged in already

Additional information

If I click on logout I come to the login window

when I put my ID and password, it is like nothing happens I got back to the gloin window.

I can log on from my desktop computer so the ID and password are correct

and now when I go to "mobile.voxalot.com/action/memberDetails" i dont get anylonger the 500 error but I still can not log in

I changed my password and tried again and
with

mobile.voxalot.com/action/memberDetails"

WORKS NOW.. Thank you very much
