Where Is The Support?
I am trying to renew my subscription - I DONT want to renew my VOXLITE subscription - I WANT VOXPRO!
Do I have to let my VOXLITE subscription expire and then subscribe to voxpro? Thereby losing any premium settings? This is ridiculous, what settings will be lost? Some sort of helloooooooooo from support would be nice since it expires shortly.... |

You can upgrade before your subscription expires by logging into your account:
1) Click on the Upgrade link next to the LogOut button at the top of the page 2) Click on "Click here to compare features" link This takes you to the following page: Voxalot You can then purchase the subscription for VoxPro, and no existing Premium settings will be lost. I did this exact subscription upgrade for a family member, with no problem. Hope this helps. Regards |

The way the billing system is set up right now, it seems you're gonna have to let it expire, and then Upgrade to VoXPro.... Edit: I stand corrected, see above post about this...
If you do letit expire, the only settings that you may (I say may...it won't necessarily happen) loose by doing this are Call Forwarding rules Your registered providers will also become unregistered for a period of time. Everything else should remain the same. Last edited by emoci; 08-03-2008 at 04:11 PM. |

As emoci also mentioned, the only settings that will be lost if you let your VoxPremium sub expire are the Call Forward rules and any provider SIP registrations that you have. Please let me know if there is any other information you require. Thanks
