I am suddenly having problems registering my sip phone with the us server setup has been fine for years

I have managed to connect now using the other us server but no incoming calls as yet.

Exclamation Problems wit eu.voxalot.com?

Hi,

Having problems with inbound sip calls out of the blue (inbound from Budgetphone.nl). The environment worked hassle free (for me and relatives) for months and havend change config recently.
Suddenly I don't hear the phone ring after dialing, don't recognize that the other site picks up the call and starts to speak. but they can hear me speak.
Sometimes it dit work last night works, but most times not. Started yesterday (28-5) in the afternoon.
Relatives of mine experience the same problem.
When calling between Voxalot accounts everything works fine...

Any recognition / solution?

hey I've the same problems; I hear the phone ringing, but after picking up I can't hear any sound. Sometimes it's the other way: I hear somebody speak; but they can't hear me.

I'm using voxalot for more than one year; and after some initial problems everything worked very fine until now.

I'm using a siemens gigaset C450IP:
domain: voxalot.com
proxy server port: 5060
registrar server: sip.voxalot.com
Registrar server port: 5060
stun server: stun.voxalot.com
always use stun: yes
stun port: 3478
outbound proxy: us.voxalot.com
outbound proxy port: 5060
outbound proxy mode: always

please can somebody help me?

sip.voxalot.com does not exist...try us.voxalot.com for that field as well...

Same here, it started some days ago, and now, almost every call sent to internetcalls/voipbuster/voipraider is having either no ring or no incoming audio at all.

Everything worked OK until some days ago.

Default On EU not recieving calls from registered service

Hi all,
I am also facing problem that i am not getting call from my registered Braintel No. When I register locally on Eyebeam softphone I get calls without problems. May be some thing is wrong.

Hi all,

My problems were caused by KPN and/or Budgetphone problems.
KPN had a large networkproblem last thursday night and Budgetphone announced that they hat some problems in their datacenter, probably caused by the KPN network issue.
I ended up to reregister all the voxalot accounts that I maintain....
Unfortunattly reregistering an account for inbound is quite a challenge. I really mis a button or some option to just force sip registration. Somehow it's difficult to trigger it to get in "Pending" state.
On the other hand it would be very nice if a previous registered sip accounts, that failed for whatever reason, would be reconnected automatically.
I will place a CR, hopefully Voxalot is willing to help us with an improvement on sip registration.
