This problem has been raised in our problem tracking system as a SEV 3. When a tech looks into it and reports back I will let u know

Why does it take so long? I spent hours analysing, recording logfiles, etc. So I expect from Voxalot a descent solution in a short time. At least in a few weeks, and not months!

Can You Please Inform Me When This Problem Is Being Solved???!!! What Does A Sev3 Mean???!? When Can I Expect Voxalot Will Finally Take This Problem Seriously (and Take The Customers Seriously??!!).
Please Answer This. I Think It Is Really Respectless To Ignore Your Customers As Is Frequently Done! |

I've got the same issue with my Speedtouch wl780. It sends "VOIP: Send 486 Busy Here" when busy and it gives the caller the unavailable message.
I think it could be fixed; i tried pbxes and the caller is given the busy message when the phone is off-hook Last edited by Krypt; 04-17-2009 at 09:15 PM. |
