Angry Anyone knows why I can't call this number 01186571633660XX?

When I use the "test call" feature, it shows:

A call to:01186571633660XX will get forwarded to sip:abuse@media.voipuser.org

Anyone know why? thanks a lot.

It appears it has to do with how you've set up your Dial Plans...are you using VoipUser at all?

What's your dial plan setup look like, maybe one of us can help make some adjustments...

Are you able to turn off ENUM lookups on the corresponding dial plan entry?

Yes, I do use voipuser, but I set this number to be forward to vbuzzer.

Here is my setting:

Priority*: 1
Comment: 01186571633660XX
If the number* equals 01186571633660XX
then route to* vbuzzeracc

but somehow it is always forwarded to sip:abuse@media.voipuser.org.

I just delete the voipuser and try again, nothing changes.

Ok,

In that screen click the 'Advanced Settings' button....then it should look as follows:

Priority*:1
Pattern*: _01186571633660XX
Comment : 01186571633660XX
Replacement*: ${EXTEN}
Provider*: VBuzzerAcct
Active* Yes
Virtual Toll Free Enabled* No
ENUM Lookup No ${EXTEN}
Geographic Lookup: No

After saving use the testline again to see if it routes properly now...
