Request Sent for provider

hello,

i'm using voxalot for almost a year now; never changed the working configuration. But recently the registration status of my inbound provider is showing REQUEST SENT; and indeed when dailing the number - I get the voice mail immediatly.

Can anybody help me?

status update: now it's showing REGISTERED
--> changed username; host, ... to invalid settings : so status was PENDING
--> changed to coorect settings again : REQUEST SENT for about 10 minutes
--> status = REGISTERED

I've got the feeling that without my intervention the status would stay REQUEST SENT

I'm getting the same problem. I tried unregistering and reregistering multiple times and it is still stuck on "Request Sent" after waiting overnight. I will try your recommendation and see how it goes.

LATER: I just noticed something weird. All of the Port numbers of providers that weren't working somehow all changed to my user number instead of the correct port number. That's probably the problem, waiting for it now, but have no idea how that happened...

EVEN LATER: Yep, did the trick.
