Call Forwarding to Vox

I used to have numbers from MyNetfone forwarded to my Vox registered ATA and it rang OK. Now as a premium user I have MyNetFone registered through Vox but calls go straight to Vox voicemail. Is there something I need to change? I used to just have my Vox number 46XXXX as the forwarding number. Do I need to now change this? sip:46XXXX@voxalot.com??

Hi Martin I have numbers from Cellip forwarded to my mobile number via voipcheap.But the calls dont get forwarded.
Could you please take a look if the account is right?

As a test can you forward the calls to a URI sip:300@blueface.ie and check if you get the monkey audio?
That will determine where the problem resides.

I have done that it worked to sip:300@blueface.ie
So where do you think is the problem?

I have try to set to voice mail no luck . I get my providers voice mail not voxalot.
But sip:300@blueface.ie works
