Codec for mobil phone only

Which codec should i use when only forwarding to my mobile phone? And
what setting for optimize audio path?

When forwarding to your mobile, the codec is not negotiated between the 2 end points. So it really should not matter.

I would suggest to use whatever gives the best quality (Eg. pcma;pcmu;g729).
I would set the Optimize Audio Path to No.
