Need help with Siemens C470 IP

Hi all,

Could someone help me configure this Gigaset Siemens C470 IP
The phone registers succesfully but cannot call with it i get a busy tone, when someone try's to call me i hear the phone ringing. If i answer the call i am able to speak to that person.

Selected codecs are G.722 , G.711 a law , G.711 m law, G.726 and G.729
Enable Annex B for codec G.729 = no

Dialing plans :

Local area code = my area code
Predial area code for loca calls through VoIP = no
Phone numer = my number

Advanced Settings:

Send settings are audio, RFC 2833 and SIP info all are checked
Application type = dtmf-relay
Application signal = 16
SIP port = 5060
RTP port = 5004
Use random ports = no


So can someone give me a solution please?
