Calls not logged on Sipgate?

I have a couple of providers registered with Voxalot including Sipgate for incoming calls. My PAP2 is registered to the Voxalot account. All works fine but when I take inbound Sipgate calls via Voxalot the records don't show up in Sipgate. Does anyone know why this is and if there is a solution? If I register through other hosted providers or my own Asterisk server this doesn't happen.

IS the problem with just call records or the actual calls as well?

No, the calls work absolutely fine. I have even tried logging one port onto Sipgate directly and one port via Voxalot. Both phones ring at exactly the same time and I can answer either. But when I check Sipgate there are no records of any calls being recieved. As soon as I disable the account in Voxalot the call history works again. I have been using a variety of systems for a few years and never come across this.

I did fill in the questionaire to say give us your own CDR, at least that would solve the problem.

PS Very happy that voicemail can now be adjusted too!
