Web call back will be a VoxPremium feature. I think it would be better for someone in the US to suggest a VSP there for you. Perhaps https://www.gizmocall.com/ would be one though.

Finding a good service provider is always a challenge as you have to take a lot of different variables into account. I suggest you check out the Voxalot Global Provider Index. Here you will find providers listed by country and rated by the Voxalot community on Call Quality, Features, Value and Support. There is also a place for the community to add their own specific comments on the Provider.
