How can I delete one of my voice service providers?
Hi All,
I am trying to delete one of my voice service providers and get the following error message, "Unable to delete provider "VbuzzerHYH" while a callback entry reference "00867503296353" to it exists. ". I coudn't find any callback entry because I am a basic user. How can I delete it? My voxalot ID is 777771. Thank in advance. Robert |

Hi Robert,
I have manually removed your callback entries so you should be able to remove your provider now. -- Craig |

I am also having the same problem trying to delete a provider. "Unable to delete provider ... while a callback entry reference "4687198031" to it exists." Can someone please help to manually remove this callback entry? |

Please remove all references to the Provider you want to delete in the Smart Call/Dial Plans entries, and in the Call Forwarding page (Premium service).
You should then be able to delete the Provider from your Provider Listing. |

I have already removed all references to the Provider in question in the Smart Call/Dial Plan configuration. I believe that this issue is related to the Web Callback function which I used in the early days but no longer have access to (ie. VoxBasic account).

I don't have access to call forwarding (ie. VoxBasic account). Believe that I need someone from Voxalot support to manually remove the Web Callback reference (as performed by Craig at the start of this thread) as I no longer have access to this function.
Can someone from Voxalot support help out here? |
