Exclamation Unable to place calls with my Israeli VSP

Hi all.
After EU VoxaLot server was down, even after changing the preffered cluster to us.voxalot.com and registrar FQDN in my ATA also to us.voxalot.com, I'm still not able to place call, that routed in my Dial plan by Israeli VSP "012 Smile" - by SIP trace the ATA has receives the response "403 Forbidden".
This provider is the only provider in my account that require an active registration in order to place calls.
All other calls throught another VSPs (that don't require SIP registration) works just fine. I also would like to pay attention the VoxaLot support team to the fact, that before the problem with EU server has been occured, both inbound and outbound calls with this VSP works fine.
The problem account is 201438. Please contact me , if you need SIP trace of my ATA/softphone or account details of my VSP.

Try registering your ATA to:

proxy01.us1.voxalot.com

Martin, the same error - 403 Forbidden.
I think that actually the Voxalot server is not registered to my VSP, but at the same time the Voxalot Web interface of my account shows that there is an active registration.

Martin, whether there will be a solution for my problem???
When the EU server was operatable again, I tryed to disable the registration, and And after I was convinced that there is no registration more(by VoXalot Web interface), I turn on the registration, when the preffered cluster is us.voxalot.com, wat until the registaration will active and tryed to call again - and againt there is the response 403 Forbidden.
I'm waiting for your quick answer.

Hi Vlad,

A 403 Forbidden is coming back from your VSP. Have you tried setting the cluster back to EU and registering your ATA with eu.voxalot.com?

Yes, the same thing.
Before the problem with EU server has been occured, everything works fine
If I'm registering the VSP settings directly in my ATA/softphone, i can place outbound calls.

I just looked at your Voxalot account and your preferred server is currently set to us.voxalot.com

I also see some calls made against the EU server at Feb 21 07:07:13 GMT

What is not obvious is whether or not your preferred server setting on the member details page was set to eu.voxalot.com at the time of these calls?

I can not determine this from the logs.

The problem with MSS and my Israel VSP "012 Smile"

The guy above is using the same VSP with mysipswitch -- but has the opposite problem -- works with Voxalot but not mysipswitch. Maybe you could get ahold of him and see what his settings are with voxalot...

Hope that helps, just noticed it when I was over there..
