voxalot.com down?
As of 16:00 GMT at least, I am unable to receive inbound calls. Calls go straight to my provider voicemail, suggesting there is no active registration by VoXaLot.
Outbound calls don't work either, I can't connect to either 500 or 600. When using X-Lite, the failure is either "Request Timeout" or "Unavailable". Registration to VoXaLot itself is working OK. I'm using voxalot.com as my SIP server. |

Same for me. I switched my settings to voxalot.com.au, which works.

Me too. :-(
I'm new to Voxalot and now testing, but nothing works as expected. :-( Does this happen often? I'm not interested in an unreliable service. Regards Jochen |

Hmmm... it seems that asterisk ran out of file handles, so I have restarted and increased the operating system file handle limit to something much larger. Apologies for the inconvenience.

My Voxalot account and my parents one is experiencing some serious call setup problems, where after a number is dialed it takes around 20 seconds for it to start ringing, or even worse sometimes it is ringing the other phone and they have answered but it is still silent on our end. As well, calls to 500 are very slow connecting to the IVR. Please look into it.

I'm also seeing extremely long call setup times. Voicemail (500) gives me 'Invalid Login' most of the time. Incoming calls from FWD are Stanaphone are failing despite the Provider page showing 'Registered' for both of them (forwarded calls from FWD are fine). I've lost my ATA registration for an hour or so on two occasions during the past 18 hours despite being able to access the web server and traceroutes looking good. All of this started shortly after midnight (California) last night.
