Need user account cleanup, admin intervention
Admins, my account was created a long time ago and it seems like it requires a cleanup.
Under "Smart Call (Dial Plan)", there is a list of 5 providers while i only have 2 in "Voice Service Providers". The extra ones were created +2 years ago so I guess there was an error while migrating a database... (pure assumption). Also, even though I one of my provider is "Registered" (with vBuzzer), there are no calls coming in and we hit the provider's voicemail when calling from the outside. Can you please investigate ? |

-If you're talking about simple calling rules..you can erase these on your own... -In the drop-down menu you should see: Smart Call VoXalot SipBroker Provider 1 Provider 2 -VBuzzer does not register properly and cannot be used for incoming calls with VoXalot or MySipSwitch (outgoing is fine though). So far I can only use it with PBXes and have PBXes forward calls to VoXalot (in terms of incoming calls) |

Thanks for pointing out that voxalot has issues with vbuzzer ! I guess I'll start using pbxes. Would you mind sharing how you forward incoming calls for an extension to voxalot ?
I have voxalot and vbuzzer registered in "trunks" and have an incoming route from vbuzzer to my extension 100. Now I want that extension to forward all incoming calls to voxalot. Thanks ! |

1) Have Vbuzzer registered for incoming calls at PBXes 2) Set up an incoming route for VBuzzer (at the top for "trunk name" rather than using the name of the Vbuzzer trunk, enter your VBuzzer username...it's the only way it'll work) 3) Choose the SIP URI forwarding option further down and fill out 123456@voxalot.com (where 123456 is your actual VoXalot number) That should be it... |
