Default VoxPremium Subscription Renewals – Rewarding the Early Adopters

How time flies. Soon it will be one year since we launched VoxPremium. There have been a number of posts on the forum about how VoxPremium subscribers are going to be notified about renewing their subscription, and whether there is any kind of bonus.

At Voxalot we strongly believe in supporting and rewarding our loyal customers. We have decided to extend the expiration date by one month for all our early adopter subscribers, i.e. all those who signed up in July 2007. So if you subscribed to VoxPremium some time in July 2007 you subscription will be extended an extra month to the same date in August.

The subscription renewal process will work as follows. A week before your subscription is due to expire, you will receive a reminder email with a link to a page (after you login in) showing your current subscription and its expiry date. From there, you will be able to renew your subscription. The same reminder email will be sent out one day before your subscription expires.

Please be sure to renew your VoxPremium subscription prior to it expiring. As, once the expiration date is passed a batch job on the system will be re-setting Premium accounts that have not been renewed to Basic accounts. Once this is done, it cannot be undone, and there is the potential for some settings to be lost. So we urge you to renew your subscription prior to it expiring to avoid any interruption in your service.
