wm6 voip codec

Hi,
i want to setup my wm6 smartphone (i600) to phone voip with voxalot.
I got a connection and can make calls. But there seems a problem with the codec.

I can hear the partner but he could not hear anything?

The codec in the wm6 smartphone is: gsm610 (installed and default) or windows msgm711

My provider is 1und1 / germany.

My codec string in voxalot:

ulaw;alaw;g729;g726;ilbc;gsm

If i activate Symetric nat i could connect otherwise not?

Is there any solution for the problem?
Please help.
